Orders placed on weekends or non-working days are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders with a total value of ₹999 or above.
Orders below ₹999 are subject to shipping charges, which are calculated based on the delivery location and displayed at checkout.

Packaging & Handling

Our candles are handcrafted and fragile, and we take extra care while packaging them.

Each order is packed using protective materials and sturdy outer packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
